Who we are
This website is run by Ucanly Infotech LLP (“Ucanly”, “we”), 15th Main, 757/C, 7th Cross Rd, Mahadeshwara Nagar, BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076, India. For anything on this page, write to support@ucanly.in or call +91 74114 12122.
What we collect
Browsing this site does not ask you for anything. We only receive personal details when you send one of our two forms.

With each form we also record the IP address it came from and the name your browser gives itself (the “user agent”). We use those only to spot spam and abuse.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to set up demo access if you asked for it, and to keep a record of the conversation so whoever picks it up next has the context. We rely on the consent you give by ticking the box on the form.
We don’t add you to a mailing list, we don’t sell or rent your details, and we don’t use them for advertising.
Where it is kept and who sees it
A submission is saved on the server that hosts this website, which is run for us by our hosting provider, and a copy is emailed to our support inbox. The stored copy can only be read through a password-protected page used by a small number of Ucanly staff.
We share your details with nobody outside Ucanly, except the providers who host this site and our email, and anyone the law requires us to share them with.
Cookies
We set one cookie, and only on the contact and demo pages. It keeps what you typed if the form needs correcting and stops the same message being sent twice. It holds no personal details and is deleted when you close your browser. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Other services your browser talks to
- Google Fonts. The typeface is loaded from Google’s servers, which see your IP address when they send it.
- AmbitionBox. The employee-ratings badge in the footer is an image loaded from AmbitionBox.
- LinkedIn and Instagram. Only if you click through to our profiles; nothing from either is loaded until you do.
How long we keep it
For as long as we’re talking to you about it, and afterwards only while we have a reason to. If you’d like yours deleted sooner, tell us and we will remove it from the site’s records and our inbox.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or completed, have it erased, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to act for you. If you’re in the EU or UK, you have similar rights under the GDPR.
Email support@ucanly.in with what you’d like us to do. A person will reply, normally within two working days. If you’re not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is for businesses. Please don’t use our forms if you’re under eighteen.
Changes to this notice
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
