Home/IBM Partnership
Alliance
Ucanly is an IBM Silver Business Partner.
The partnership gives our clients certified access to IBM’s enterprise products, and gives them one company to hold responsible for making it all work.
What it means
It is a certification, not a logo
IBM grades its partners on real technical certifications and work they have actually delivered, not on how much they spend on marketing. Silver means our team holds current IBM qualifications and has met IBM’s standard for putting its technology into live use.
Three things change for you because of that. We can tell you honestly what IBM technology is good at and what it is not. When something breaks we have a direct line into IBM. And you can have licences, setup and ongoing support on one contract instead of three.
-
Real certificationsCurrent IBM qualifications in cloud, data and AI, held by the same engineers who do your work.
-
Direct access to IBMWe can bring in IBM solution architects, and we get IBM training and early access to new releases.
-
A real support routeWhen a problem genuinely sits with IBM, we raise it through the partner channel instead of joining a public queue.
-
One contract, one company responsibleLicences, design, setup and support in one agreement, with one company answerable for the result.
Portfolio
IBM technology we work with
We recommend these when they are genuinely the right answer. If an open source or another cloud option suits you better, we will say so. The partnership does not change our advice.
Joint delivery
How a job with IBM technology runs
The partnership matters most in the middle of a project, not when you are buying. Here is where it actually shows up.
01 / CHECK
Does it even fit?
We match what you need against what IBM offers, honestly, including the times when the answer is no.
02 / BUY
Licences and cost
We work out what you will actually use before you buy it, so you are not paying for capacity that sits idle.
03 / SET UP
Certified people build it
Installed by engineers who hold the certifications, with IBM architects brought in when the job is complicated enough to need them.
04 / RUN
We keep it running
Ongoing support against agreed targets, with the direct line into IBM there if a problem turns out to be theirs.
For clients
Why a certified partner is different
| When this happens | Uncertified supplier | Certified IBM partner |
|---|---|---|
| Something breaks in the product itself | You join a public support queue, and you end up chasing both the supplier and IBM yourself. | We raise it through the partner channel and deal with IBM support directly. |
| Buying licences | Sold by a reseller who has no stake in whether what you bought matches what you build. | Worked out against your actual design before you buy, by the same team that will build it. |
| Design decisions | Based on reading the manual and general experience. | Based on real certifications, plus IBM architects on the hard problems. |
| Something goes wrong at launch | The vendor, the reseller and the builder all point at each other. | One contract, one company answerable for licences, setup and support. |

Thinking about IBM technology?
Come to us before you buy, not after. Checking whether it fits costs far less than a licence you never fully use.
