We started by teaching people to build. Now we build alongside them.
Ucanly started out helping engineers get hired. We work the same way now: be honest about where things stand, close the gap, then check whether it actually worked.
Our story
From a learning platform to an IT partner
Ucanly started with one question. Why do good engineers struggle to get hired? It was almost never ability. It was that nobody had shown them the steps between where they were and what the job needed.
Building that platform meant building serious infrastructure of our own: data pipelines, AI driven assessment, and software that had to work for a lot of people at once. Clients started asking if we could do the same for their systems. That question turned into a services business.
Today Ucanly Infotech is a global IT services company based in Bengaluru. We do cloud, data and AI, software engineering, security and ongoing support for clients in eight countries. Learning and Enablement is still one of our eight services. What we started with did not disappear. It became one of the things we sell.

We tell you the awkward thing
If the project is slipping, if the design we suggested turned out wrong, or if you do not actually need what you are about to buy, you hear it from us early. Not in a meeting three months later.
You can always leave
The code, the setup files and the written notes are yours the whole time. Trapping clients is not how we keep them.
Security comes first, not last
We think about attacks, data handling and who can access what in the first two weeks. Not in a rushed clean up before launch.
Your team learns from ours
Your people should know more at the end than they did at the start. We came out of a learning business. We are not letting this one slide.
How we operate
Small teams, experienced people, working remotely
Our engineers and consultants work from all over India, and our office is in BTM Layout, Bengaluru. Working remotely is how we chose to run, not something we put up with.
