Cloud & Infrastructure
Most companies are a few years into the cloud by now, and paying for the shortcuts they took at the start. We fix the setup underneath, not just the bill.
As an IBM Silver Business Partner we set up IBM Cloud and Red Hat OpenShift for clients who cannot use a public cloud on its own, usually because of where their data has to sit.

No. The partnership means we know the IBM products well, but what we recommend depends on your systems, your rules and what you already pay for. Plenty of our work runs on AWS and Azure, and most clients end up using more than one.
We spend two to four weeks working out what is actually running versus what was planned, then set a fresh baseline. Nine times out of ten the hold up is a dependency nobody owns, not the tools.
Yes, and a lot of our support work starts that way. We do it in steps: learn the system, write down what is missing, list the risks, then settle it down before we agree to any service targets.
Data & AI
Getting a model to work is the easy bit. The hard part is making it something the business trusts, watches and owns. That is where most projects stall, and where we spend our time.
We build on IBM watsonx. watsonx.ai to build models, watsonx.data to hold the data, watsonx.governance to keep an audit trail. We use open source tools too, wherever they fit better.

With a list of ideas, not a platform purchase. We score the options on business value, whether your data is ready, and how much oversight each one needs. Then we build the best one properly, end to end, so you have something real to judge.
It goes in from the first two weeks: where the data came from, what the model does, how well it scores, where a human checks it, and how long anything is kept. For regulated clients we use watsonx.governance so the audit trail is real data, not a slide deck.
Yes. Replacing one that works is rarely worth it. Far more often we add a layer on top and the tracking around it.
Application Engineering
We build custom software and bring old systems up to date. You see working code every two weeks, tested against what we agreed before we started.
Where a lot of systems need joining up we use IBM Cloud Pak for Integration and IBM API Connect, and move things onto Red Hat OpenShift when you want everything running the same way.

Both, depending on how clear the job is. The early review work is nearly always fixed price. Build work is usually a team for a set period, because fixed price on a build tends to turn every change into an argument instead of a better product.
A typical team is a tech lead, three to five engineers, a tester, plus part time architecture and delivery help. We keep it senior. Putting one experienced person on top of a big junior team does not work.
Yes, and it is in the contract. The code, the setup files and the written notes are yours the whole way through, not handed over at the end.
Cybersecurity
Security work that leaves you genuinely safer, not just holding a certificate. We advise, and we can run the monitoring for you.
We work with IBM security tools, mainly QRadar to spot attacks and Guardium to protect data. We fit them around what you already have rather than replacing everything at once.

Yes. We monitor and respond with cover across time zones. If you want a full security team of your own, we will build it with you and either run it or hand it over.
Usually a health check against a recognised standard. You get a list of what we found, ranked by risk, with how much effort each fix takes. That gives you a sensible order to work in, rather than a raw dump from a scanning tool.
Finding out what personal data you hold, sorting out consent, setting rules for how long you keep things, having a plan for a breach, and a way for people to complain. We start with the riskiest data instead of trying to do all of it at once.
Managed Services & AMS
We look after your apps and servers against targets you can check. And we keep a running list of improvements, rather than just closing tickets.
We use IBM Instana to see what is happening across your whole system, and IBM Turbonomic to right size things automatically once doing it by hand stops being practical.

In three steps. First we watch how you do it, then you watch us do it, then we take it on. We will not sign up to service targets until we have run it ourselves and filled in whatever documentation was missing.
How fast we respond and fix things, by how serious the problem is, plus uptime where we control everything involved. We set the numbers after measuring your systems during handover, not before we have seen them.
The team is in India and we arrange hours that overlap with your working day. If you want a named contact in your own country, we build that into the service.
Software Asset Management
Software licences are where companies quietly overspend, and where an audit can get expensive fast. We check what you have paid for against what you actually use.
As an IBM Silver Business Partner we can explain how IBM licensing actually works, including the trickier parts, and sell you the software alongside doing the setup.

Yes, it is how we work ourselves. Managing devices remotely, one secure login, and support that does not need everyone online at once are our normal starting point, not a special case.
Yes. The emails, the people who champion it internally, and the training are all part of the job. Roll out a new tool without that and hardly anyone uses it.

Course licences give people access. They rarely change what anyone can do. We start from the gap between the skills your systems need and the skills your team has, build a path to close it, then check whether it closed.
That is the best way to do it. People learn far more working on their own live systems than they ever do in a practice exercise.
