How we run it
We start with a short review of what is actually running and what it costs, which usually takes two to four weeks. You get a plan you can act on with anyone, then we move the workloads across in small batches so nothing goes dark. We build everything as code, so the setup is repeatable and yours to keep.

How we run it
We agree what done looks like before we start, then build in two week blocks with a demo at the end of each one. You see progress you can use, not status reports. The team is small and senior, usually a tech lead, a few engineers, a tester and part time architecture help, because a thin layer of experience over a big junior team does not ship good software.

We usually start with a health check against a recognised standard, which gives you a list ranked by risk rather than a raw dump from a scanner. We fix the most dangerous gaps first. If you want us watching your systems after that, we set up monitoring and agree what we can act on without waking anyone up, because that is what saves time at two in the morning.

We take over in three steps. First we watch how you run things, then you watch us, then we take it on. We do not sign up to service targets until we have run your systems ourselves and filled in whatever documentation was missing. After that you get steady support with a standing list of things we are making better, rather than a team that only reacts when something breaks.
