2. Policy Regarding Workshops
2.1. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made for registrations in our workshops are final, non-refundable, and non-creditable. The Company shall not be obligated to issue any refund, in part or in full, under any circumstances once a payment is processed.
2.2. User Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the user to conduct due diligence before registration. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying the workshop's scheduled date and time, curriculum, and any specified prerequisites. No claims for refunds based on a user's failure to review this information will be entertained.
3. Policy Regarding Courses
3.1. General No-Refund Policy: In line with our commitment to maintaining cohort integrity and resource allocation, we do not offer refunds on payments made for course enrollments. We urge prospective students to carefully evaluate their personal schedules and commitment levels before finalizing their enrollment.
3.2. Enrollment Transfer Provision: While refunds are not provided, we offer a provision for transferring an enrollment to a subsequent cohort of the same course. This option is subject to the following conditions:
- A formal transfer request must be submitted to our support team via the official contact channels provided below.
- The transfer is contingent upon seat availability in the desired future cohort.
- The execution of a transfer is subject to a nominal, non-refundable administrative processing fee, the amount of which will be communicated at the time of the request.
